1. What does the website store?
Cookies are small data files stored in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a different technology: it holds data in the browser without automatically sending it with every web request. This notice covers both.
The website operator is LUX HOME BAU Kft. (1025 Budapest, Szépvölgyi út 54, Hungary; [email protected]). There is currently no analytics, advertising tracking or remarketing. The page address determines the Hungarian or English version; no language cookie is used.
2. Remembering your preference
Name: lhb-cookie-preferences. Type: localStorage. Provider: LUX HOME BAU Kft. Purpose: to remember that you saved your preference for necessary storage. The record contains the policy version, categories, save time and expiry, but no name or contact details.
It is created only when you select “Only necessary” or “Save preferences”. Your choice is valid for 180 days in that browser and at that website address. The notice appears again after expiry or a policy version change.
Local storage has no automatic browser expiry: the application rejects an expired preference, but the record may remain until you save a new choice or clear website data in your browser. Remembering this preference does not authorise advertising or traffic measurement.
3. Traffic protection and Cloudflare
This website uses Cloudflare protection. Security checks may set cookies needed for that protection; they are not necessarily created on every visit. No such cookie was observed during our normal page-load check.
The __cf_bm cookie supports bot protection and, according to Cloudflare, expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. The cf_clearance cookie may remember a successful security check; its lifetime depends on the protection settings. Your browser’s website data view shows whether these cookies are present and when they expire.
4. Settings and consent
Open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to view the categories. There are currently no optional analytics or marketing services, so we do not request consent for them or display switches that would enable tracking.
If we introduce non-essential storage or tracking services, we will activate them only after prior, voluntary consent as required by applicable rules. Refusing and withdrawing consent must remain available.
5. Clearing data and browser settings
You can remove cookies and local storage for this address in your browser’s privacy or website settings. This also removes your saved preference, so the notice appears on the next visit. Other browsers, devices and website addresses have separate preferences.
You can browse with storage blocked, but we cannot remember your choice. Blocking security cookies may lead to repeated checks or access difficulties. Clearing website data does not itself delete information previously submitted through a form.
6. External websites and privacy questions
Maps and external websites open through separate links and have their own notices and settings. This website serves images and fonts locally rather than embedding third-party tracking resources.
